Morin to Manage Municipal Projects at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff

SAN BERNARDINO, CA  Robert Morin will manage a variety of municipal infrastructure and transportation projects as a new Senior Supervising Engineer with WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

Based in the firm's San Bernardino, California, office, Morin will work with municipal public works, engineering, and traffic departments, Caltrans, and private land developers in providing engineering design and construction coordination services.

He has more than 30 years of experience in municipal public works and local development work, managing critical divisions for several California communities. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was Principal Civil Engineer for the city of Corona, California. He also served as the city's Capital Projects Manager, Traffic and Transportation Manager, and Land Development Manager.

Morin received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the Lawrence Institute of Technology. He is a registered Civil Engineer and Traffic Engineer in California. A resident of Riverside County, California, he has been an active member of the American Public Works Association since 1987.
