SVA Architects, Inc. Welcomes Khadiv

SANTA ANA, CA SVA Architects, Inc. announces Bahram Khadiv joins its staff as a Job Captain. Experienced with Building Information Modeling (BIM), project planning, and project management, he brings a variety of valuable skills to the SVA team. Khadiv is one of several hires that SVA has made in recent months to keep up with its growing demand. SVA focuses on public and private developments incorporating smart growth principals, use of public transit, improved educational environments, and multifamily housing.
Khadiv joins SVA Architects as an award-winning Job Captain with ample BIM design experience. Â He was born in Tehran, Iran, and received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tabriz in Iran in 2008. His experience includes managing more than 12 large-scale architectural projects with gross area of over 21 million square feet, supervising and managing the design process of largest construction project in Middle East in 2009, and being awarded top prizes in several design competitions from 2009 - 2012. Khadiv relocated to the United States in December 2012, and has worked with Studio Pi2m and ATA Architecture while in the U.S. He speaks fluent English and Farsi. Â Â
