CEC Adds Brown to MEP Business Development Team

IRVING, TX — CEC Facilities Group hires Jeffrey Brown to support its MEP business development efforts. The new MEP Business Development Manager will report to Brad Smith, President of CEC.
Brown brings more than eight years of general contracting and office broker experience. He brings a background focused on the industrial, office core/shell, and building repositioning market segments. Brown was the Director of Business Development and Market Lead for the industrial and corporate interiors market at his last position, and previously helped corporations meet their office needs.
“Jeffrey listens and understands his clients' needs, then forms a detailed plan to support their objectives,” Smith said. “Those qualities are essential for his new role. We're eager for Jeffrey to coordinate and communicate the value our full MEP services bring to clients.”
Brown graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
“I'm eager to continue building relationships and show[ing] corporations the value of a true MEP approach to construction,” Brown said. “Our combined mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams can unlock additional potential for our customers.”
CEC Facilities Group is a specialty subcontractor, serving clients in Texas and throughout the U.S. The company offers full MEP, audio-visual, telecom, and long-haul fiber services.
