Suchan is promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy, and continues to serve on their Advisory Board. She received industry recognition as an American Institute of Architects (AIA) Detroit Young Architect of the year. The AIA also recognized her and her team with 12 AIA design awards. With 25 years in the industry, Suchan has held several operational and leadership roles and is involved in her community, including serving on the ACE (Architecture, Construction, and Engineering) Mentorship Board. Strong in critical thinking, communications, and relationship building, Suchan excels at business development and marketing team leadership, as well as continues to serve as a key member of Clark’s strategic planning team.

Hewitt is promoted to the role of Vice President of Human Resources. Hewitt holds a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Lawrence Technological University. She has over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and field operations, and over 12 years of experience in human resources leadership. Hewitt is a prior SHRM Chapter President, and has served on the state MISHRM board. She is an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction and a founding member of National Women in Roofing. She has been at Clark since 2018 and has successfully led recruiting, training, and development efforts for the team. She has also worked collaboratively with executive leadership as part of the Strategic Planning team and Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee.
