OMAHA, NE — Darland recently completed a multi-story office building anchored by Pinnacle Bank. The new building features a 7,500-square-foot main level with a retail bank branch and space for one additional tenant. The second level includes 9,000 square feet of available office space for lease.

The exterior of the building features brick, perforated aluminum screen wall, solid phenolic panels, and zinc metal panels. Interior elements include polished concrete floors; custom wood plank ceilings and screen walls; specialized ceiling baffles; advanced integrated lighting, sound, AV controls, and equipment; all glass office entrances; quartz counter tops; and 10-foot porcelain wall tiles.

Midway through construction, an adjacent lot became available and Pinnacle Bank opted to extend the building's footprint and create additional parking. Darland worked with the design team and subcontractors to minimize the impact on the project schedule and budget.

"It was a huge undertaking, but we worked together to make it happen," said Project Manager Mike Thomsen.

Neighboring both Children's Hospital & Medical Center and Methodist Hospital, the new bank branch replaces the former location on the southwest corner of the same intersection. At the bank’s grand opening, Chairman of the Board Sid Dinsdale presented a check to Children’s Hospital and Medical Center.
