AUSTIN, TX — EYP announces Laura Galbreath, AIA, LEED AP BD+C (Austin) was promoted to the firm's Chief Operating Officer; Tom Woods, AIA, LEED AP (Houston) was promoted to EYP's Director of Operations; and Jane Baughman, AIA, LEED AP (Austin) was promoted to the firm's Director of Project Delivery.
Galbreath will oversee resource management and project performance, monitor and improve firm-wide and sector-specific procedures and protocols, and guide and support project management teams. Additionally, she will ensure that processes, standards, and systems are capable of supporting project delivery across all sectors. Galbreath has more than 20 years of experience in design, project management, and operations.
Woods brings more than 25 years of management and design experience to his new role. His responsibilities include implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of firmwide operations and procedures and partnership with other firm leaders to coordinate project staffing and facilitate collaboration.
Baughman brings more than 29 years of planning and design experience to her new role that includes overseeing consistency across offices and project teams to ensure cost-efficient delivery, development of training programs to strengthen the link between architecture and technology, and creating processes to advance better problem solving industry wide.
