BURLINGTON, MA — Haley & Aldrich, an engineering and environmental consulting company, announces that Lynn Gresock has joined the firm’s Energy team as a Principal Consultant. In this role, Gresock will develop and implement Haley & Aldrich’s energy infrastructure market strategy and vision for areas including electric transmission, natural gas transmission, fossil fuel generation, renewable energy, energy storage, and other capital energy projects.

Gresock has more than 35 years of consulting experience providing environmental solutions for energy projects throughout North America, including permitting over 30,000 megawatts of generating capacity.

“We’re excited to have Lynn bring her extensive understanding of energy project environmental issues and help our clients meet their project’s needs,” said Dane Pehrman, Energy Market Segment Leader at Haley & Aldrich. “Lynn’s track record of facilitating successful projects is enhanced by her understanding of stakeholder perspectives, consensus building, and practical consulting advice.”

Prior to Haley & Aldrich, Gresock held leadership roles in environmental planning services and energy markets at other international consulting firms. In those roles, she focused on permitting for conventional energy and renewable energy development, as well as providing environmental, health, and safety services to support mergers and acquisitions and facility compliance. She has experience supporting project development from early definition phases, through obtaining licensing approvals, construction oversight, and operational compliance support. Gresock brings perspective to her projects based not only on her track record in the permitting of energy projects, but also due to former roles as a Corporate Environmental Permitting Specialist and as a Local Environmental Regulator.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental design from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
