Hocate Joins Neel-Schaffer as North Texas Transportation Practice Leader
ARLINGTON, TX — Neel-Schaffer, Inc., announces that Chris Hocate, PE, has joined the firm and will serve as the Transportation Practice Leader for North Texas.
Hocate will be based in the firm's Dallas office and also serve as Engineer Manager for that office. He has more than 25 years of experience in completing numerous projects in all aspects of transportation engineering, from project inception to completion. His experience includes Schematic/Environmental and PS&E projects for counties, municipalities, and for the Texas Department of Transportation.

Hocate is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, with TxDOT Precertification in 18 categories. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
