As HWC’s new CFO, Hague is set to lead HWC’s Accounting Department in day-to-day financial operations and help oversee the continued growth of the organization.
With more than 20 years of experience in finance, Hague is well-prepared to lead the department and provide extensive knowledge to best position HWC as not only a leading and trusted client advocate, but also to continue the firm'a already-established financial stability and growth for years to come. Hague previously gained her experience serving as Controller of a local engineering firm and as CFO and CEO at Nyhart.

HWC’s new VP of Business Development comes to HWC as a longtime leader within the engineering industry. Goode brings more than three decades of industry experience to HWC, including previously owning his own small environmental firm, spanning both the private and public sectors. Goode previously served as Director of Business Development at DLZ.
Goode brings a passion for serving clients through relationship-based client partnerships, and his long-term dedication to clients will help HWC maintain and further foster its reputation in Indiana. He has thrived in professional environments ranging in size from as large as the US Army Corps of Engineers to as small as his former seven-person consulting firm. He has served on several industry committees, regulatory boards, and advisory boards that benefit regional watershed groups and local governments.
