Lutz has worked for McMahon since December of 1985 and has served on the board of directors since 2007. He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, property and asset management, real estate, insurance, loss prevention, human resources, employee benefits, and estate preservation.

In addition to his new role as Chairman of the Board, Lutz has also served as a Director with the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, and several churches.
