Orascom Construction Promotes Robinson, Anderson, and Martin

DES MOINES, IA — Orascom Construction USA announces the recent promotions of three colleagues within the leadership team: Krista Robinson, Aaron Anderson, and Greg Martin.

Robinson was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources. Robinson joined the company in 2015 as a Human Resources Generalist for the commercial group. She was promoted to the Human Resources Director position in 2017 and named a member of the Construction Leadership Council at that time as well. During her tenure, Robinson has elevated the Human Resources function, taken on leadership of the internal communications program, and has been instrumental in driving the force for efforts such as the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative.

Anderson was promoted to Vice President, Safety. Anderson has been with the company for 15 years, starting his career as a Safety Manager in the Omaha office. Since then, he has worked his way up to Safety Director and has been critical in improving company-wide safety performance and culture. He has spearheaded initiatives such as “Lead with Safety,” developed company-wide safety and quality manuals, and launched processes such as Behavior Based Safety, Job Safety Analysis, and MakuSafe.

Martin was promoted to General Manager, Mission Critical. Martin has been instrumental in the launch, growth, and continued success of this division since its inception. He has assembled a leadership team, ensured the successful execution of data center projects, and planned for the strategic growth in the mission critical sector.
