INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation recently selected the architecture, interiors, and engineering firm Fanning Howey to lead their district-wide Master Facilities Study. Fanning Howey will conduct a comprehensive review and assessment of all P-H-M schools and support facilities to develop a flexible 20-year capital improvements plan.

For many years, Fanning Howey has worked with Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation on new and renovated facilities designed for smarter learning and smarter spending. This project is the next step in setting the district up for success, allowing them to address future capital improvements while being great stewards of its budget and maintenance costs.

“We are excited to expand upon our long-term commitment to the success of Penn-Harris-Madison Schools and collaborate to shape a better future for all Penn-Harris-Madison educators and students,” said Fanning Howey Chief Executive Officer William Payne, AIA.

Fanning Howey will begin planning sessions with P-H-M Administration in February, with the final capital improvement plan to be presented to the Board of School Trustees at a public meeting in June of 2022.
