Ryan Companies to Develop New Medical Office Building at Highland Bridge
“As Highland Bridge takes shape and with the anticipated population growth in the area, Highland Bridge Medical Office will help meet the community's increased need for health care services,” said Ann Duginske Cibulka, Director of Real Estate Development-Healthcare, Ryan Companies. “This location is highly accessible, making it convenient for residents in this area.”
M Health Fairview, who is represented by Paul Donavan, Tom Stella, and Jill LaMere of Cushman & Wakefield, will occupy 26,000 square feet, primarily the second floor with a pharmacy located on the first floor of the building. M Health Fairview's clinic will provide primary care services including family, women's, and general pediatric care.
Additionally, the community will have access to urgent care with extended and weekend hours. M Health Fairview Rehabilitation Services, which offers physical therapy and sports medicine, will also be part of the new space. The existing M Health Fairview will remain open until the grand opening of the new location to ensure patients have uninterrupted services.
“We're excited to move into this new space that will allow us to expand our services to better meet the needs of patients in St. Paul and the surrounding area,” said Eric Nelson, President of M Health Fairview's primary care service line. “The community will have easy access to primary care and other resources they need to take charge of their health.”
Highland Bridge Medical Office will have walkable access to all other features of Highland Bridge including parks, retail shops, and other nearby amenities. It will also be built accordingly with the City of Saint Paul's sustainable building standards and is anticipated to earn a LEED Silver certification.
Highland Bridge Medical Office is expected to be completed spring of 2023. The remaining leasable space is available to tenants that offer clinical and specialty health care services or general health care office functions.
Highland Bridge is a 122-acre mixed-use master development located along the Mississippi River in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota. The development will include four public parks and approximately 3,800 housing units, 150,000 square feet of retail, and 265,000 square feet of office space. Upon completion, Highland Bridge will be the most sustainable community in the region.
