Ryan Expands into Colorado, Names Monroe New Regional President
DENVER, CO — Ryan Companies has officially expanded into Colorado by naming a new Regional President. Kirk Monroe is now Ryan's Rocky Mountain Regional President. Having served as one of our partners in Colorado across much of the country for more than 25 years, Monroe is very familiar with the company.

Monroe brings 29 years of experience in the banking services industry. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Director of Banking Services at Vectra Bank Colorado, where he has facilitated billions in real estate financing for projects across the U.S. Monroe is currently an advisory board member of the Urban Land Institute, board member of the Downtown Denver Partnership Investment Committee, board member and member of the EDC Board of Governors for the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation Board, and advisory board member for The Other Side Academy.
“It's been exciting to watch Ryan Companies grow, but now that I get to be part of it, I couldn't be more thrilled,” Monroe said. “Officially establishing this new region means we can now focus on building the team and making great contributions to the community.”
In addition to naming a new president, a longtime Ryan team member of 17 years was recently promoted. Mark Beal was appointed to the role of Vice President of Construction Operations and will oversee construction planning and logistics for the Rocky Mountain Region. In this role, Beal will maintain best practices and standardize processes as the region continues to grow.
