PHOENIX, AZ — Behind Ryan Companies' acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures is the capital markets team. They provide the financial strategy behind the stories the company builds. In 2021 alone, this team of 12 completed nearly $3 billion in transactions. The capital markets team announces that Matt Field has been promoted to Vice President of Capital Markets.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Field is focused on developing and maintaining equity relationships, sourcing and evaluating value-add acquisitions, negotiating purchase agreements, and structuring joint ventures for Ryan’s Western region and national build-to-suit projects. Since 2011, Field has played a key role in closing more than $7 billion worth of real estate deals. He is currently a member of ULI and NAIOP.
