KANSAS CITY, MO — Ryan Companies' Kansas City office announces Andy Crimmins as Vice President of Real Estate Development and celebrates Brandon Brensing's promotion to Vice President of Real Estate Development. The Des Moines office also recently promoted Andy Moffitt to Vice President of Real Estate Development.
Crimmins will focus on industrial, retail, and office development throughout Kansas City and the Midwest. He brings 25 years of experience in commercial real estate to his role and is actively involved with several organizations including Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also Chair of ULI Kansas City REDi. Previously, Crimmins was Founder and Managing Partner of Crossroads Real Estate Group.
Brensing will continue leading development efforts at The Glade, a 325-acre planned community, as well as office, industrial, senior living, and multifamily developments throughout Kansas City and the Midwest region. Brensing joined Ryan in 2020.
Moffitt will continue focusing on industrial and office projects in the Midwest. He has also been involved with the development and construction of several Amazon projects. Currently, Moffitt is a member of the Ankeny Economic Development Council and a member of a new committee with the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Moffitt joined Ryan in 2004.
