Singel Joins Anderson Paving

DALLAS, TX — Anderson Paving, Inc. announces the addition of Matthew W. Singel, PE. Singel has expertise in fast-track construction technologies including stabilized base materials, in-place pavement recycling, and industrial pavement applications. He most recently served as Director of Soil Cement and RCC Pavements for the Cement Council of Texas, focusing on street, site, and water resource project development, as well as technical support.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, Singel earned his BS CET and is currently licensed in multiple states. He co-chairs the American Society of Civil Engineers, Texas Section, annual conference. Singel is also a voting member on the American Concrete Institute's RCC Pavement Design and Construction Committee as well as the National Academies' Transportation Research Board committees.
Prior to his work with the Cement Council of Texas, he served as Specialty Pavements Engineer for the Southeast Cement Promotion Association; Technical Representative for contractor E.J. Breneman, L.P.; and Municipal Project Engineer for Benatec Associates, Inc.
