DALLAS, TX — A commercial real estate and construction industry veteran has relocated back to Dallas to join Stream Realty Partners. Stream has recruited Bobby Kunkle to lead and grow its occupier services project management and development division. He brings 15 years of industry experience, most recently leading ground-up commercial office developments at Oxford Development Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

“I'm so proud to be a part of this team,” Kunkle said. “Craig Wilson, Randy Cooper, Dan Harris, and Wills Bauer are brilliant real estate minds with a strong grasp on the market and its needs. The opportunities at Stream are truly limitless due to its agility and entrepreneurial approach to business.”

Kunkle began his career as a Project Engineer with JE Dunn Construction in Oklahoma before moving to Pittsburgh as a Project Manager with Oxford Development. He moved to Dallas in 2014 and quickly familiarized himself with the market. He joined Cassidy Turley, which would eventually merge with Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked with Wilson, Cooper, Harris, and Bauer. He assembled a client base with dozens of nationally recognized clients across multiple industries and worked on various projects from ground-up office spaces to corporate tenant interior fit-outs to complex health care developments.

Kunkle then rejoined Oxford Development in Pittsburgh in 2018, where he spent nearly the last four years leading the execution of the multiple ground-up and adaptive reuse developments at the 11-acre 3 Crossings-Phase II site.

He received his Bachelor of Science in supply chain management from Penn State University and his Master of Science in construction management from the University of Oklahoma.

“We are thrilled to have Bobby join our team again,” said Wilson, Managing Director of Stream's office tenant representation division in Dallas. “His expertise and reputation will be the catalyst for the creation of a successful occupier-oriented project management team."
