AUSTIN, TX — Construction expert Ray McCoy joins Structure Tone Southwest to lead the company's Austin, Texas, operations. As the new Regional Vice President of the Austin office, McCoy will oversee the office's strategic growth, business development, client relationships, and overall operations.

McCoy has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years. Having served as a Field Engineer, Quality Control Assistant, Estimator, Superintendent, and Senior Project Engineer on a range of projects across Texas, Arizona, California, and more, McCoy has knowledge of the construction process from all angles. Over the last few years, McCoy has been able to share that knowledge with his own teams during his time as a Program Director and Senior Director of Operations. He plans to bring both his construction expertise and leadership skills to his role in Austin.

“Ray is an exceptionally well-rounded builder who has a true passion for sharing his experiences with the next generation,” said Joseph Cribbin, President of Structure Tone Southwest. “We are looking forward to sharing his strengths with our clients as we continue to build our presence in the Austin market.”

McCoy holds an undergraduate degree in construction management from Texas State University, where he was the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Student Chapter President.
