Peters brings over 20 years of education and health care national sales experience to the Dallas Fort-Worth (DFW) Tangram team. In his previous sales role, he was recognized for successfully building and leading top performing teams.
As the Director of Healthcare and Education Sales, Peters leads Tangram’s education and health care sales and marketing teams for the DFW office. He collaborates with clients to create solutions based on research and shared experiences. Combining his previous experience with large school districts, universities, community colleges, private sector schools, and health care institutions, Peters is on pace to further bolster Tangram’s integration into the region.
“I am excited to hit the ground running for Tangram,” Peters said. “My skill set is perfectly aligned with Tangram’s vision, particularly in the area of Dallas education spaces and [the] health care arena. I hope to reinforce and build on Tangram’s strong capabilities across the new region.”
Ramon has extensive knowledge and connections throughout DFW and has in-depth experience as an Account Manager in her previous roles. She creates spaces through client collaboration that emphasize engagement, culture, well-being, and purposeful design.

Within Tangram, Ramon is committed to executing premier sales positioning and strategies, focusing on internal sales and operations support. She has collaborated closely with many A&D partners and influencers and has over 10 years of experience in interior design. Her client base and overall industry reach will also expand Tangram’s industry presence and help set a solid foundation for the company. Ramon holds a BFA degree in interior design from University of North Texas and a minor in business administration and hospitality management.

In October 2021, Tangram first announced its finalized acquisition of the BKM Total Office of Texas. Peters and Ramon join Tangram executives Chief Executive Officer, Joe Lozowski, Chief Financial Officer, Nick Greenko, and Vice President of Sales, Amber Jones in their new position in Dallas. The Dallas office is set to add upwards of 20 people to the team and complete a new showroom, opening later in 2022.
