PHOENIX, AZ — TDIndustries (TD) promotes Jay Layton to Executive Vice President of its Arizona business units. Layton will oversee all Arizona business offerings, including construction and service.

Layton joined TD in September 2017 and has been instrumental in growing TD’s partners (employees), projects, customers and business. Previously a Senior Vice President at TD, Layton’s 20 years of industry experience, background and knowledge of the industry can be measured by the track record of projects and client relationships he has built. Layton’s experience includes overseeing business development and marketing, project management, preconstruction, virtual design and construction and financial controller responsibilities.

“Jay is the perfect fit for the fast-paced growth of TD’s Arizona operations and continued efforts to better serve our customers,” said Ed White, TDIndustries President. “Jay’s focus on customers, safety and the pursuit of excellence align with TD’s company culture. His industry experience and successes with TD thus far have helped move our Arizona operations in an exciting direction, and we look forward to the future of Arizona's business under his leadership.”

Prior to TD, Layton served as the Southwest Division Manager for Cobb Mechanical and earlier in his career, he spent 11 years with Kinetic Systems in various roles.

Since 1946, TD has provided engineering, construction and facilities services that optimize the performance of mechanical systems. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, TD has offices in Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, Richardson, San Antonio and Phoenix, Arizona.
