- MILL CREEK HIGHWAY The scope of work for this Design-Build Contract includes reconstruction of approximately five miles of Secondary Highway 569 (S-569), also known as Mill Creek Highway, from reference post (RP) 6.11 to RP 11.0. The Project is funded by a Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) grant awarded to Anaconda-Deer Lodge County (ADLC). The Project is intended to address existing deficiencies and improve safety. The roadway will be reconstructed to include 12-foot travel lanes and 1-foot shoulders. The services shall include but are not limited to project engineering, office engineering, onsite inspection, materials sampling and testing, surveying, environmental inspection, project closeout paperwork and reporting, coordination and documentation to ensure the construction contract work is accomplished in conformance with the contract plans and specifications and FAA / State of Alaska requirements, as applicable.
