HNS Highway Restoration MP 2.3 and MP 3.7- Design Services his request is to seek professional engineering design services for the restoration of the Haines Highway at Milepost 2.3 and Milepost 3.7 in Haines, Alaska. This is a federally funded (FHWA) project. This project encompasses repairs necessary to correct differential frost heaving within the project limits including improving surface and subsurface drainage, reconstructing existing embankment, rebedding existing culverts, paving, and striping. Expected work includes all civil engineering, traffic engineering, geotechnical field investigations and engineering, and support services for environmental work items.
