Haines Airport Rehabilitation- Construction Administration The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Southcoast Region has identified the need for construction administration services on the HNS Airport Rehabilitation Project. The services shall include but are not limited to project engineering, office engineering, onsite inspection, materials sampling and testing, surveying, environmental inspection, project closeout paperwork and reporting, coordination and documentation to ensure the construction contract work is accomplished in conformance with the contract plans and specifications and FAA / State of Alaska requirements, as applicable. The term of the contract shall be through project completion and closeout.
