PEWAUKEE, WI — The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) announces that Rick Andritsch, Partner and Vice President of Business Development for Pewaukee, Wisconsin-based VJS Construction Services, will serve as President of the nation’s largest construction trade association.

“My message to the association’s members is no matter what type of work you do, AGC of America is valuable to you and your business,” Andritsch said. “We offer any member who is willing to get involved with an opportunity to shape the industry they love, to expand their expertise and skill set and to expand the network of contacts and resources they can use to be even more successful.”

As President, Andritsch will work with the association’s professional staff and national network of chapters to oversee operations and set strategy. Among the officers’ priorities for the year are highlighting the value of AGC and how the association can help address many of the key challenges facing the construction industry. Andritsch and his fellow officers will serve in their positions until March 2027, when the association will elect new officers.

AGC represents more than 28,000 firms, including 7,000 of America’s general contractors, and over 9,300 specialty-contracting firms.
