The Missner Group Completes Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden
SKOKIE, IL The Missner Group announces that the firm has completed the 10,000-square-foot renovation for Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden at 504 N. Wells St. in Chicago, Illinois. This is the first Chicago location for the bar and restaurant, which also operates locations in Scottsdale and Tucson, Arizona.
"It's always rewarding to see the successful results of our efforts and the satisfaction of our clients," said Glen Missner, Executive Vice President and Principal of The Missner Group. "The new Bottled Blonde space is an energetic, rustic and communal atmosphere that will fast become a hot spot in River North. We are pleased to have been a part of this exciting project."
Reminiscent of a German beer garden, Bottled Blonde is known for its open spaces, large capacity, and extensive multi-media viewing options. Construction of the 10,000-square-foot space included the demolition and reconstruction of the former Sushi Samba space with the addition of 14-foot overhead doors at the front entry. With a capacity for 370, the new restaurant features a fireplace, two bars, more than 50 HD televisions throughout, and a state-of-the-art sound system, as well as a bottle-lined wall with LED lighting and an ivy covered wall. Constructed with rustic custom finishes, concrete counter tops and a reclaimed wood ceiling, Bottled Blonde also includes a private dining area for events, an outdoor patio and booth seating.
"We are beyond pleased with our new space," said Les Corieri, Owner of Bottled Blonde. "The Missner Group's Aldo Bottalla was instrumental in the site selection process and the construction team executed the project with efficiency and superior attention to detail. We look forward to serving the River North community with our contemporary Italian menu from our first Chicago location."
Aldo Bottalla, Vice President of Business Development, was the Project Executive for The Missner Group and worked closely with ownership for the past two years to secure the renovation project. Robert Papineau, Senior Project Manager, and Angelo Christopher, Site Superintendent, led the construction team for The Missner Group. D+K Architects provided the architectural services.
