Raico Joins Gilbane Building Company to Expand Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Portfolio

BALTIMORE, MD  Gilbane Building Company welcomes Nicholas Raico to its mid-Atlantic construction operations as a Senior Project Executive in healthcare. He brings 25 years of healthcare building experience and strong relationships with regional healthcare clients and subcontractors.
His client portfolio includes INOVA, Kaiser, MedStar, Hopkins and others. Raico spent the last 13 years focused on growing his former employer's healthcare sector to achieve the $100 million milestone.

Raico holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of American Society of Healthcare Engineering as well as Chesapeake Society of Healthcare Engineering.
