Faithful+Gould Welcomes Ashton As Chief Cost Manager

NEW YORK, NY Faithful+Gould announces the appointment of Henry Ashton as a Chief Cost Manager. Ashton will be instrumental in the firm's initiative to broaden its Data Center / Mission Critical Sector in the Americas.

In his new role, Ashton will work closely with Hannaway to build upon the firm's strong portfolio in corporate real estate projects, in addition to work in the Data Center / Mission Critical Sector, throughout Washington, D.C. and the surrounding area. He will also serve as the lead for Faithful+Gould's cost services group in the Washington D.C. office. Â
Ashton joins Faithful+Gould from DPR Construction where he served as preconstruction manager and business developer for the Mid-Atlantic region as a member of the DPR Mid-Atlantic Leadership Team. While with DPR Construction, he secured and delivered work for providers such as Amazon, Equinix, CyrusOne, Quality Technology Services and DuPont Fabros Technology.
Ashton brings to Faithful+Gould more than 23 years of experience in cost estimating, project management, owner's representation and business development throughout the Eastern U.S. In addition to his background in mission critical projects, he has extensive knowledge of the Corporate Real Estate and Healthcare markets.
He studied architecture at the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, and received his Master of Business Administration from Boston College before receiving an Master of Science in entrepreneurial leadership from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
