ISC: Contractor of the Year Expands into Lake Charles
LAKE CHARLES, LA ISC Constructors celebrates the grand opening of its Lake Charles, Louisiana, regional office. An open house was held to showcase the newly constructed facility and highlight the importance of the Company's commitment to the southwest Louisiana industrial market. ISC associates from their Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Beaumont, Louisisna, and Houston, Texas, offices joined in welcoming more than 200 visitors including several elected officials.
Mayor of Sulphur, Louisiana, Christopher Duncan, said, "With all of the growth and expansion going on, it's great to have ISC move into the area."
Located at 115 Hood Road in Sulphur, Louisiana, the office includes a state-of-the-art training center designed to train and assess craft and supervision specifically in the area. Employing an NCCER certified workforce has been a focus of ISC's for nearly two decades; therefore, making an investment of this magnitude in the local market was paramount.
"The Lake Charles Office is a stand-alone operation, but has the luxury of leveraging the entire company's assets and abilities," said Donnie David, ISC's Executive Vice President. "The office will be led by Vice President and industry veteran, Steve DeRouen, who is responsible for its operations and industry involvement."
