DALLAS, TX  Hydrotex, a national manufacturer and distributor of high performance lubrication and fuel improver solutions, announces Sean Starner joins the company as Division Partner serving the agriculture, fleets and fuels, and pupil transportation industries. His efforts will span central Ohio including Columbus, Chillicothe and Cambridge, Ohio.

Starner has more than two decades of experience managing projects and teams in construction, industrial, and mechanical environments. Most recently he spent almost 18 years as Owner and Chief Executive Officer of a contract construction business, frequently managing work crews of up to eight individuals and requiring him to acquire and maintain a fleet of trucks and corresponding equipment. Previous positions tapped his skills as a Framer, Plumber, Electrician, Equipment Operator and Foreman.

"Much of my career has been spent managing people, projects or departments in industrial and mechanical environments," said Starner. "That experience helps me be a better advisor since many of those I call on are in similar roles."

As a Division Partner, Starner will counsel customers on cost-efficient machinery and equipment maintenance using environmentally-sustainable solutions. In addition to the industry-standard focus on premier lubrication, reduced friction and reduced wear, Hydrotex solutions address biodegradability, recyclability, oxidation stability, reduced cost, worker health and application knowledge.

Starner completed coursework toward a construction management degree from Eastern Michigan University. He is based in Marion, Ohio, where he is active in the Marion Harding High School booster club.
