WHEATON, IL RJN Group, Inc. announces the promotion of Daniel Jackson, PE, to the position of Principal-in-Charge of regional Dallas, Texas, operations. Jackson graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Arkansas.  His portfolio of experience centers on water and wastewater infrastructure engineering including collection system condition assessment, flow monitoring, hydraulic modeling, sewer system design and rehabilitation, construction management, and asset management solutions.

Jackson joined RJN in 2003, successfully filling the roles of Project Engineer, Project Manager, and most recently Department Head and Vice President.  He played pivotal roles in a number of successful municipal infrastructure programs, managing large- and small-scale collection system improvement projects, many driven by Consent Decrees and regulatory actions.  He also spearheaded RJN's integration of innovative inspection and analysis tools promoting efficiencies for the firm's core sewer evaluation, asset management, and rehabilitation services.

"Superior project execution and exceptional client service have made Daniel a natural fit for this important leadership role at RJN.  In this new role, Daniel will be well positioned to leverage his background and track record of success to continue the growth in our Dallas Regional office," said Alan J. Hollenbeck, PE, Chief Executive Officer, RJN Group, Inc.

Jackson has authored and presented several technical papers related to various components of successful Consent Decree programs for municipal sewer systems.  In his new role, he will be responsible for continuing the growth in RJN's Texas and Arkansas footprint as well as implementing emerging technologies to ensure RJN services are "best practices."
