Thompson Completes Prestigious CCIM Institute Development Specialty Track

ALEXANDRIA, LA The Ratcliff Companies congratulates Gregg Thompson on his accomplishment of becoming one of the first accredited development specialists in Louisiana. To achieve this distinction, Thompson was the first CCIM designees to complete the new Real Estate Development Specialty Track curriculum. 

The CCIM Institute Development Specialty Track content is structured around the Real Estate Development Matrix developed by Daniel Kohlhepp, Ph.D., CCIM, Academic Program Director for Real Estate and Infrastructure at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. To achieve this distinction, CCIM designees must complete all ten courses in this track plus 40 hours of elective credits. Thompson desires to bring only the best and most efficient business practices to the clients, investors and business partners of the Ratcliff Companies. During his nine years at the company, Thompson has been responsible for the development, acquisition or sale of more than $50 million of Commercial real estate transactions.
