Dewberry Announces the Promotions of Menino and Cirrotti

FAIRFAX, VA Dewberry announces the promotions of Richard C. Menino, PE, from the firm's Bloomfield, New Jersey, office and Christopher Cirrotti, PE, PP, CME, LEED AP BD+C, from the firm's Parsippany, New Jersey, office to Vice President.

Menino has been with the firm for the duration of his 36-year career as a structural engineer. He serves as the assistant business unit manager in the Bloomfield office and is responsible for directing transportation infrastructure projects, marketing technical services, and monitoring the office's quality procedures. He has extensive experience in the design, inspection, and rehabilitation of highway and railroad bridges, and related structures. He has worked on many notable projects over the years, and is currently directing several projects, including the final design of the Interstate 295/Route 42 Missing Moves Project for the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Menino earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and is a Professional Engineer in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island. He is a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

As the manager of the firm's Parsippany office, Cirrotti is responsible for managing a wide range of civil engineering projects involving commercial and institutional land development, as well as redevelopment. With more than 28 years of experience, he is an expert in site planning, civil design, stormwater management, roadway and utility infrastructure design, regulatory permitting, low-impact development, and construction management. He has worked on various projects over the years, including the Honeywell global headquarters renovation in Morris Plains, New Jersey, and the Virtua Voorhees Hospital in Voorhees, New Jersey.

Cirrotti earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University. He is a Professional Engineer in Delaware, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He is a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C, and a certified municipal engineer and professional planner in New Jersey. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Healthcare Facilities Management Society of New Jersey, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
