NEWARK, NJ Arkados Group, Inc. announces that it has joined the Continental Automated Building Association (CABA), a global not-for-profit group dedicated to the advancement of connected home and intelligent building technology. Membership is expected to raise awareness of Arkados' cutting-edge renewable energy industry solutions through its work in the organization with key industry participants.

Through its membership, Arkados has become a confirmed sponsor of a collaborative research study entitled "Intelligent Buildings: Design & Implementation" that was recently launched through CABA's Intelligent Buildings Council. Other confirmed sponsors include industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies. The research will provide a comprehensive examination of all major aspects of intelligent building design and implementation, including: the state of the market, key industry players, business opportunities, technical barriers and opportunities, future market direction, issues, case studies and industry recommendations.

Terrence DeFranco, Chief Executive Officer of Arkados Group Inc., said, "Membership in CABA underscores Arkados commitment to the growth and development of next generation smart buildings. As an emerging leader in the growing renewable energy and cleantech industries, we welcome the opportunity to participate with  industry leaders in this respected industry forum. We're proud to be among the sponsors of the important Frost and Sullivan research study as we believe that our cutting-edge energy management and IoT solutions and experience supports and furthers industry development.  We believe that our solutions have a unique and significant value proposition and that exposure through CABA will help us to drive more awareness of Arkados to other industry participants."

"CABA is pleased to welcome Arkados Group into CABA as our latest representative in renewable energy solutions and Internet of Things interoperability. Arkados is an emerging leader in this industry and we look forward to the contributions from the Arkados team as we work together to further the goals of the intelligent building industry and its members," said Ronald J.
