Beyond the Bluprint was created to strategically assist builders and developers with all facets of a new development project – from blueprint to closeout – through one professional company. Oftentimes within the development process challenges arise between sales and marketing teams, the developer and other project partners. Lack of unified vision, improper strategy implementation and other project deterrents are costly for the builder/developer. The team is co-founded by Jane Bennett, Karin Silver and Pearl DeBrular, each with intimate knowledge of this fast paced and demanding industry and over 90 years combined expertise in sales and marketing for multi-million dollar projects and products throughout the United States. Bennett was a founding owner for over 20 years of Be Creative, a U.S. and U.K. based advertising, marketing, web, digital and social activation studio, and she specializes solely in branding and marketing strategies for new developments. Silver has extensive executive level experience in operational sales and marketing with various prominent residential builder developers on a national level. She excels in recruiting, hiring and training sales teams as well as in the use of metrics and performance assessments for measurable outcomes. With a multi-million dollar track record in sales across the United States in a variety of business sectors, DeBrular's expertise lies in executive level sales and project management strategies, and she is the connecting factor between the builder/developer and their teams.
