Alta Equipment Company® Announces Executive Leadership Transitions

STERLING HEIGHTS, MI Alta Equipment Company® (Alta) announces the appointment of Ryan Greenawalt as the company's new President. In this role, Greenawalt will be responsible for strategy, corporate development, and the day to day operations of Alta and affiliated businesses. For the past five years Greenawalt has served as Alta's Executive Vice President, leading corporate shared-services, construction equipment, contractor's rental and the Illinois lift truck businesses. His responsibility has been expanded to include Alta's industrial business in Michigan. 

"I am proud of the talented management team that we have assembled at Alta and excited about the opportunities we have with the next generation of leadership" said Steve Greenawalt, Founder and CEO of Alta.

Alta also announced that Art Kasik is transitioning from his role as Chief Operating Officer to focus exclusively on the company's real estate and special projects. "For over 20 years, Art has led the parts and service organization for Alta and driven our culture of service excellence and Customers for Life," said Steve Greenawalt. "As Art transitions to the next phase of his career at Alta, I want to take this early opportunity to commend and congratulate Art for his many significant contributions to our organization."
