Foley Equipment Breaks Ground In Wichita
WICHITA, KS Foley Equipment Company, the Kansas Caterpillar dealership, officially broke ground on their new Wichita, Kansas, campus. The $20-million project will take up to 18 months to complete, and will involve building two new buildings on land recently acquired that is contiguous to their current site at 1550 South West Street.
The new buildings will add more than 160,000 square feet of offices, parts warehouse, service shops, and equipment wash and lube bays to the 30-plus acre Foley campus.
Foley Equipment CEO Ann Konecny, plus company executives and staff, welcomed Wichita city officials, Kansas Department of Transportation Secretary Mike King, GLMV Architecture personnel, representatives from Foley's bank group, the local press and others to the groundbreaking ceremony.
