CHICAGO, IL Power Construction joins partners - InterWork Architects, Primera Engineers, Dickerson Engineering and NorthShore - in signing one of the first Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA) contracts in the state of Illinois. Contractual commitments of the integrated team include reducing RFIs and a turn around time of three working days, eliminating waste through prefabrication and reduced effort of installation, maintaining the target value budget, and ensuring zero lost time incidents for the project.

The 34,800-square-foot medical office building is located at Touhy Avenue and Gross Point Road in Niles, Illinois. The prairie-style structure will feature exam rooms, radiology, phlebotomy lab, doctors' offices and support space. The structural steel frame will be enclosed with a masonry facade and punched windows. An entry canopy will protect arriving patients on both the North and South entrances.

Power will be working with the integrated team and early trade partners made up of: LeJuene Steel, F E Moran, Advance Mechanical, The Hill Group, and Jamerson & Bauwens.

Integrated Facilities Solutions (IFS) is the project manager representing NorthShore University HealthSystem.
