PORTLAND, OR Americas-based leading integrated project and program management consultancy, Faithful+Gould, announces that Mike Williams has been appointed as the Managing Director of its Portland, Oregon, office. In this key leadership position, Williams will oversee operations for both the Portland and Seattle, Washington, offices, as well as be the overarching lead for all the respective project teams in the northwest United States.

"After careful selection, we are pleased to have Mike step into this leadership role, supporting our teams and maximizing growth opportunities in the Portland and Seattle areas," said President and Managing Director Reza Amirkhalili. "He has continually delivered exceptional service to Faithful+Gould and we are excited to see him excel in this new capacity."

Williams has worked in the construction industry for more than 36 years. He has been contributing his expertise as a valued member of the Faithful+Gould team for the last 20 years, starting in the United Kingdom before joining the Americas team in 1995. In that time, he has served as Cost Engineer, Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and Owner's Representative on a wide variety of projects, across the petrochemical, semi-conductor, industrial and manufacturing industries. These projects include the Cherry Point Refinery for BP and, most recently, a grain receiving and exporting facility for Tempco, valued at more than $200 million. This wealth of experience makes him an ideal fit to lead the Portland office and local teams to future successes.
