Ostfeld to Manage Alternative Project Delivery for WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff in Seattle

SEATTLE, WA Eric Ostfeld has been named a Senior Engineering Manager in the Seattle, Washington, office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.
In his new position in the firm's Advisory Services sector, Ostfeld will manage alternative delivery, including projects involving design-build and public-private partnerships.
WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff offers infrastructure and management consulting expertise to public and private sector developers, owners and operators, helping them solve business and operational challenges in all areas of management, investment and development throughout the entire project life cycle. The firm provides financial, technical and multidisciplinary expertise to clients in the transportation and infrastructure, buildings, industrial and energy, and environment markets.
Ostfeld has close to 20 years of diverse design and construction experience with transportation and site development projects, including extensive experience in construction management for large and complex projects, as well as more than 14 years of design-build specific experience.
Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Ostfeld was a Senior Project Manager for an international engineering firm, serving as program manager for alternative project delivery in all of Canada. Ostfeld received a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Washington State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Washington, Utah, Alberta and British Columbia.
