Clements Concrete Expanding Operations in Southern Idaho

BOISE, ID Clements Concrete announces it has entered into a contract to purchase the assets of Boise, Idaho, -based civil construction organization C&A Paving Co. The acquisition will boost Clements Concrete's current production ability, making Clements Concrete among the largest ready-mix, asphalt and aggregate suppliers in the region.

C&A Paving Co. is an asphalt production and paving company specializing in roadway construction, asphalt paving, rotomilling and overlay, asphalt patching, and chip sealing services. With over 20 years of operations in the Idaho construction industry, C&A Paving Co. is a respected, quality-driven organization.

"This expansion allows us to grow our operations and offer complementary products and services to benefit our clients, our projects and the communities in which we work," said Mark Elder, Area Manager for Clements Concrete. "We are proud to have the 90 exceptional employees of C&A Paving join the Clements team."

Former C&A Paving owners, Brian Callahan and Tony Martarano will join Clements Concrete.
