PHOENIX, NV  Contractor Management Services LLC ("CMS" or the "Company"), the leading provider of compliance software and payment settlement services for companies that use independent contractors, announced the appointment of Rebecca Collins as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for the Company. Collins will serve on the executive team and will be a key advisor on legal and compliance matters and strategic business planning. She will also oversee CMS' risk management and human resource functions.

Collins brings more than 20 years of legal experience to CMS, 15 of which as in-house counsel.
