CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services Appoints Souder Director of Corporate Accounts
DENVER, CO CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services Group announces that Greg Souder joins the company in the newly created role of Director of Corporate Accounts. In this role, he will provide technical direction and guidance to architects and engineers assigned to CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions/Asset Services projects. Souder will be based in Denver, Colorado.
Souder's focus will be working directly with CBRE Alliance Directors, Local Market Area Managers and Business Development Professionals to design and execute customized risk-based solutions for the high-end corporate equity platform.

"His vast experience with engineers, architects and other design professionals makes him a perfect fit for this newly created position."
Souder joins CBRE after holding numerous leadership positions in his 30 years in the engineering industry. His work experience includes overseeing building envelope and roof assessments, and coordinating with multi-disciplined design professionals for the remediation, re-purposing and alteration of existing office, retail and industrial building facilities.
Souder earned a Bachelor of Science in civil/structural engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business degree from the University of Colorado. He also belongs to numerous professional organizations that include the American Society of Civil Engineers, where he is Past President of the Southern Colorado Branch. He is also a member of NAIOP, IFMA and RCI, and completed two consecutive three-year terms as City of Colorado Springs Citizen Advisory Committee Member to the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments.
