Heath Construction is Now Saunders Heath
FORT COLLINS, CO Heath Construction announces that the company has officially changed its name to Saunders Heath. The company logo has also been updated to reflect this change.
In 2014, Saunders Construction, Inc., merged with Heath Construction, enabling Heath to offer more services, value and expertise to their current and future clients. Saunders is a premier provider of comprehensive construction management, general contracting and development services. The Saunders Heath capacity and capabilities have rapidly advanced since the start of the partnership and the name change reflects the enhanced offerings of Saunders Heath now formally a subsidiary of Saunders.
"We're proud to become part of the Saunders brand and culture," said Dave Sandlin, President of Saunders Heath. "We think this new brand echoes that we've created a company that's unified. And one that has the people, processes and portfolio needed to take on any project."
Heath has long been known as part of the northern Colorado community. The company brings 40 years of history and knowledge of the region, along with local relationships with subcontractors and jurisdictional authorities. Now as Saunders Heath, the company can adapt to the market's ever-evolving needs, pulling from a depth of resources to foster growth - keeping up with the increasing demand for high quality construction services both in northern Colorado and across the Rocky Mountain region.
"This partnership has exceeded our expectations and enhanced the abilities of both the Saunders Heath and Saunders operations across Colorado," said Greg Schmidt, Saunders President and CEO. "Saunders Heath maintains its roots as a local business, but is able to leverage integrated and shared services to increase performance. And we're proud to still maximize its greatest resource the employees who live, work and play in the surrounding communities."
The Saunders Heath team continues to be passionate about what they do, and is excited to bring even more expertise to the community. The company will continue to be run by Dave Sandlin, who was named president of Heath Construction in 2016. Sandlin is responsible for overseeing all of Saunders Heath's operations. Having worked at Saunders for several years, he is integral to perpetuating the company culture that is based upon Care, Collaboration, Commitment and Community.
"At Saunders Heath, our teams are reliable and collaborative, and our partnership with Saunders allows us to capitalize on that, while delivering a much broader range of projects," said Sandlin.
