Project Control Promotes Latimer and Garcia

SAN ANTONIO, TX Project Control announces that John Latimer is being promoted to Executive Vice President of the firm. Latimer will be integral in the day-to-day operation of Project Control including implementation of strategic plans, project manager training, providing senior leadership, and assisting with operations.
Latimer has been with Project Control for 28 years. During that time he has helped develop many of the templates and systems used by Project Control in the delivery of construction project management services for both private and public clients. Latimer has held positions of Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Project Director on numerous complex projects totaling more than 12 million square feet.
Latimer is a graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. His engineering background, strong leadership skills, integrity and experience make him a highly capable manager and advocate for the owner's interests.
Project Control has also promoted Arthur Garcia to Senior Project Manager for the firm. Garcia is currently part of the team providing project management services for the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center Expansion project.
Garcia joined Project Control in 2005 as a Project Manager, bringing more than 10 years of project management experience in the fields of commercial construction and software development. Garcia has particular expertise in building systems and information technology and currently manages the company's requirements for communications and data resources.
