CRYSTAL, IL Baxter & Woodman announces that Pavel Hajda, PhD, PE, has rejoined the firm in the role of Senior Process Engineer. Hajda will develop wastewater system programs and projects for public sector and industrial clients.

Hajda holds a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Prague, Czech Republic. He brings a unique blend of multi-disciplinary, theoretical backgrounds with practical experience from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean and with both public and private sector clients. He draws from in depth knowledge of not only civil and environmental engineering, but also chemistry, modeling, numerical analysis, optimization, and statistics.  

Hajda formerly taught undergraduate engineering courses at Marquette University and is a proven technical writer and presenter.
