HNTB Grows its Transportation and Intelligent Transportation Systems Expertise in South and Central Texas
AUSTIN, TX Catherine Hejl, PE, Charlie Farnham, and Gary Hodges, PE, join HNTB Corporation's growing transportation practice in south and central Texas.

Catherine Hejl is a Construction Services Leader based in HNTB's Austin, Texas, office. Hejl is responsible overall management direction of major transportation projects and providing construction services to various clients. Before joining HNTB, Hejl was an Area Manager for the Associated General Contractors of Texas as well as engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation's Bryan District, from which she retired in 2015 after 31 years of service.
Charlie Farnham is a Senior Project Manager in HNTB's Austin office. Farnham helps lead HNTB's intelligent transportation systems practice, assigned to projects such as ITS/transportation infrastructure improvements, managed lanes, toll systems, integrated corridors, and projects related to connected and autonomous vehicles. He has more than 25 years of experience working on ITS or technology-related initiatives for the Texas Department of Transportation.
Gary Hodges is Project Director for the Harbor Bridge Project in HNTB's Corpus Christi, Texas, office. Hodges has more than 30 years of experience in design, maintenance and construction of highways, roads, bridges and airports as well as managing major capital programs that include multi-billion dollar programs for state departments of transportation and toll authorities.
