OKLAHOMA CITY, OK Kirby-Smith Machinery announces the hiring of Brad Campbell as General Service Manager. Campbell will lead Kirby-Smith's service business, including strategic oversight of company goals and objectives to further the growth and development of all business segments related to the company's service operations. The creation of the General Service Manager position will ensure that Kirby-Smith continues to be well positioned in what has become a complex, competitive landscape across the heavy equipment industry. Campbell's office will be located at Kirby-Smith's Fort Worth, Texas, branch.

Kirby-Smith's Vice President of Customer Care, Tom Montgomery, is confident about the positive impact Campbell will have in this new role.

"Brad comes to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the construction equipment business," said Montgomery. "I am sure we will all benefit from his leadership and ability to create solutions for many of the issues we face every day."

Campbell brings 37 years of experience into this new role with Kirby-Smith and has served as Product Support Manager for multiple heavy equipment dealerships with a primary focus on improving customer satisfaction. He is committed to giving his employees a working environment suitable to ensuring that customers receive the best service experience possible, and understands the importance of attracting, educating, and supporting service employees in an industry that is facing a nation-wide technician shortage.

"With a strong focus on improving customer satisfaction, as well as the continued support, training, and education of our service personnel, we will become a world class leader in the equipment industry," said Campbell.
