AUSTIN, TX CobbFendley's central Texas Utility Coordination, Transportation and Survey Operations continue to grow with the addition of key Project Managers, Mia Parton, PE, PMP, Jose Sandoval, PE, and Thomas Ruschkewicz, RPLS.

Parton strengthens the Utility Solutions Group with more than ten years of experience in the Water/Wastewater infrastructure industry. She will be instrumental in providing utility coordination services for CobbFendley's public and private clients who are interested in innovative solutions to their infrastructure growth plans.

Sandoval contributes 31 years in Transportation Roadway Design and Project/Program Management for State, County, City and other Toll/RMA agencies while designing numerous projects ranging from multi-lane expressways and multi-level interchanges (both non-tolled and tolled facilities) to municipal streets. His expertise in developing Schematics, as well as Plans, Specifications and Estimates for local municipalities and the Texas Department of Transportation will be utilized in the management of projects and the development of new clients.

Ruschkewicz brings more than 20 years of experience in the professional Surveying and Geospatial industry having a diverse background in energy services, transportation, aviation, municipal infrastructure, water/wastewater, telecommunications, and residential/commercial land development projects. As Senior Survey Project Manager, Ruschkewicz will engage with field crews, survey technicians and clients to maintain efficient survey operations and stimulate growth in CobbFendley's Austin, Texas, and San Antonio, Texas, locations.
