SAN MARCOS, TX Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors announces the completion of the STAR One expansion at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. The project added 16,000 square-feet of lab space and office suites bringing the Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) One facility up to a total of 36,000 square feet.
"The STAR One project was a great fit for our Austin team given our depth of experience with higher education systems and lab spaces," said Ryan Shipley, Group Manager for Hill & Wilkinson's Central Texas Office. "STAR Park is a unique partnership between Texas State University and startup companies who are contributing greatly to the University's research success. We are looking forward to future successful projects with the Texas State University System."
